Federica la ragazza che ci ha seguiti è stata gentilissima, check in facile e veloce fatto in autonomia con cassettina e chiavi all'interno. Appartamento nuovo e curato in ogni dettaglio, posizione in centro ottima per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi e per ogni servizio o negozio a pochi passi, bancomat, pane fresco, colazione e pasta fresca sotto casa non ha prezzo!
Very spacious, bright flat. Excellent location of the rooms, which allows the room to ventilate. The flat has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Federica who was always in touch, recommended interesting places and restaurants, which made our holiday very tasty and beautiful. There were also gifts of water and breakfast when we checked in, which was very nice. Thank you La casa del Faro, for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely come again many times.
Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento è stato perfetto. l'appartamento era come descritto e visto nelle foto, la zona tranquilla e molto vicina a tutti i servizi e vicina al mare. Con Federica ci siamo trovati molto bene: disponibile e molto professionale.
Sono contenta della vacanza a Civitanova, l’appartamento era favoloso e il host chi ci ha ospitato è stata molto gentile con noi! Spero di tornare presto!
L’appartamento è molto bello, dotato di tutti i comfort e soprattutto super vicino al mare. Federica è stata molto carina, ci ha consigliato posti dove mangiare e anche posti da visitare. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui.
Appartamento pulito e comodissimo per andare in spiaggia (40 mt). Utilissimo il parcheggio riservato in una zona dove- proprio perché adiacente agli stabilimenti balneari - è difficile trovarne. A pochi metri c’è un ottima pasticceria/panetteria x fare colazione. Federica è stata un host gentile e preziosa concedendoci flessibilità nei check in e out e rispondendo ad un paio ns richieste.
La nostra esperienza presso l'alloggio di Federica è stata molto positiva. L'host era reattivo e molto disponibile consigliandoci molte cose interessanti da visitare in tutte le Marche. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita. Il giardino grande e spazioso munito di griglia è stato una piacevole alternativa al ristorante per qualche sera. Il quartiere è isolato e poco interessante ma è in un'ottima posizione per spostarsi sia verso il Conero che verso San Benedetto del Tronto. Complessivamente molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza.
Perfetto per le nostre esigenze, in centro, vicino alla stazione e alla spiaggia lungomare sud. Appartamento nuovo di zecca rifinito con sapienza e buongusto, comodo ascensore, nelle vicinanze tutto ciò che serve dalla colazione in poi. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Federicas Unterkunft. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Besonders wunderbar war die Lage. Keine Fußweg 5m bis zum wunderschönen freien Strand!
Das Centrum und Restaurants sind in kürze erreichbar, trotzdem war es relativ ruhig im Haus.
Ich kann die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
This was a last minute booking after another location fell through. It was a great choice! Being right on the water was absolutely amazing, and the space was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. It was comfortable and felt like home, and the fact that there was parking on site was perfect. The A/C also works really well but being on the water allows you to open the windows for cool air too. Frederica was accommodating and quick to answer any questions that we had. We were there for two nights, but it also would have been great for a longer stay. The only thing to note is that there is a train that runs through behind the home. It was not loud, but definitely something to note if you are a light sleeper. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed it!
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico a Casa di Leda: ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative! Lo spazio è incredibilmente spazioso, splendidamente progettato e arredato con gusto. Ogni camera da letto aveva il proprio condizionatore e TV, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. La cucina era completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario, inclusa una macchina per il caffè in stile Nespresso. Federica ci ha persino lasciato acqua, bibite e una bottiglia di Prosecco in frigo: un tocco così premuroso! La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi da splendide spiagge, ottimi ristoranti e bar. Federica è un'ottima host: sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Abbiamo adorato il posto e ci torneremo sicuramente!
Eravamo un gruppo di 12 persone con bambini e cani e abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti per festeggiare Capodanno. La casa ha rispettato le nostre aspettative: spaziosa, calda, con tutto l'essenziale, comodissima per visitare i dintorni e l'accortezza del tavolo da biliardo è stato un plus non da poco. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza e siamo stati aiutati con prontezza.
We were a group of 14 people. Such a great place to be! Wonderful view at the sea and the landscape. The pool is amazing, the house is bigger than it seems to be on the photos. The host Luca is very friendly, speaks perfectly English and he's the opposite of complicated! All in all the perfect location for a group of friends who just wanna have a week full of fun.
